We usually recommend coming directly to the studio, during the opening hours, where you will find someone who will be able to advise you and direct you to the most suitable artist to satisfy your request. If you already know who you will want to do the tattoo with, contact the artist of your choice directly. Alternatively, we can try to reach an agreement by email or by phone, in all cases a deposit of 50 euros may be required to confirm the session.

Can I get a quote for a tattoo?

Since we are numerous artists and with slightly different rates, which also vary according to the type of work, it is very difficult to make a quote by phone or email. For a precise quote we ask you to come to the studio, or contact the artist of your choice. We will only be able to establish an indicative quote by telephone.

Precisely because we are different artists, each manages their own agenda, contact us to find out about the various availabilities, if it is a small tattoo, however, you will not have to wait long.

Of course! At Gipsy Caravan  each tattoo is a unique piece designed personally by the artist, unless we are asked to reproduce a work of art, an illustration or a portrait, we NEVER reproduce tattoos already done by others. The best approach is to choose the artist you prefer based on his style, bring him your idea and any references, and let him interpret your idea!

Is getting a tattoo safe? Is it hygienic?

At the Gipsy Caravan the hygienic aspect is fundamental, we apply rigorous protocols to the whole procedure: the needles, the color containers are disposable, the protections of the surfaces that come into contact with the customer are either disposable or are sterilized before being used again. The environments are continuously sanitized with specific products. All our operators are also qualified by the Ausl, both from the hygienic-sanitary point of view, and as regards the skin and its criticalities.

Is what you do eco-sustainable? What if I'm vegan?

The commitment we have made with the Gipsy Green Project is precisely to make our business as sustainable as possible. We have almost completely eliminated plastic, compatibly with safety aspects, and completely abandoned the petrolatum contained in many products. Furthermore, we do not use ANY product that contains animal derivates.

Yes, you can bring a person with you, but check the anti-Covid19 regulations in the last question, which we will update according to the evolution of the situation

Can I get a tattoo if I'm under 18?

Italian law allows you to get a tattoo if you are between 16 and 18 years old, it is required to fill in the informed consent, with which one of your parents will authorize us to tattoo you, and who will have to come to the studio in person.

Can I come and get a tattoo if I'm in a wheelchair?

Of course! We will help you with the only two steps we have at the entrance, otherwise the studio is welcoming. Remember to advise us in order to prepare us to make you sit, during the tattoo, in the most correct and comfortable way.

How should I act in this period of Covid19?

We will keep this answer updated as the situation evolves. At this time there are no particular restrictions other than the obligation to wear a mask inside the studio, frequent hand sanitization (you will find mask and gel at the entrance), and respect for the social distance of 1 meter, in the common parts of the studio. . You will not be able to come if you have, or have had, contact with positive people, or symptoms such as fever, cold, cough, in the two weeks prior to the session. We will make you fill in a self-declaration with your data at the entrance, for any tracking.
